Eye Rotation
Slow circles around the full range of vision
How to
Without moving your head, look up, then slowly circle your gaze clockwise through right, down, and left, back to up. Keep the movement slow and smooth, not a series of jumps.
Benefits
- Moves the eyes through their full range of motion, rarely used in normal screen work
- Can ease the feeling of tightness around the eyes after sustained forward focus
- A good way to notice any direction that feels stiffer than the rest
Practice
5 slow circles clockwise, then 5 counterclockwise.
