Kshipra Marma (Hand)
Between thumb and index finger
How to
Using the thumb of the opposite hand, press firmly into the webbing between your thumb and index finger, angling slightly toward the bone of the index finger. Hold with steady pressure, or work in small circles.
Benefits
- A classic point for tension headaches and general stress
- Easy to reach anywhere, with no tools needed
- A natural place to press when the hands themselves feel tight
Practice
Press 30-60 seconds per hand, breathing normally. Avoid during pregnancy, as this point is traditionally not recommended then.
