Cheek Puffer
Cheek muscle isolation
How to
Take a breath and puff both cheeks out with air, holding it while keeping the lips sealed. Move the air from one cheek to the other a few times before releasing.
Benefits
- Works the cheek muscles directly, something few everyday expressions do
- The side-to-side air shift adds a mobility element beyond a simple hold
- A recognizable, easy-to-remember move
Practice
Hold the puff 10-15 seconds, shifting air side to side, then release fully. Repeat 3-4 times.
